Most people sleep in the hand on arm position, due to which their hand tissue can also get damaged. Sleeping in the wrong posture causes wrong pressure on our back and neck muscles. Face down position makes the stomach bigger and rounder. Such a position is not right for us, we will not be able to sleep deeply. At night we all sleep with an alarm so that we can wake up early in the morning but no one is satisfied with sleep. By pressing the snooze on ringing of the alarm in the morning, fatigue can increase further, due to which the entire day is filled with laziness. The reason for this is that the time between the alarm is so short that your body does not have much time to go back to deep sleep. By doing this every day, the mind gets confused and our body clock gets disturbed as well. Normally our body adjusts better than a regular fix time, which is why we should wake up as soon as the first alarm arrives.
