If yes then you are spoiling your Digestion. This is because when we eat food, our body increases the temperature of the body to digest food. Meanwhile, when we take a shower. The temperature of our body starts decreasing, which food does not escape properly. If you do this every day, then your digestive system can get spoiled. Similarly, 90% people drink water immediately after eating food. It slows down the hardness of our digestion. When food is not digested properly it rotates and releases toxic material in the body instead of giving nutrition.
