In this post, we will talk about 5 such good habits that will help you alot in getting rid of all eye problems.

If you want your eyes to be strong for a very long time, then you should include some things in your diet.
👉Zeaxanthin is abundant in all green leafy vegetables, which is a very important nutrient for our eyes.

👉Carrots which contain vitamin A and beta-carotene. You can include your diet in the form of salad or juice.

👉Amla contains a lot of vitamin C, which is very beneficial for it. If Amla is in season then definitely eat one raw Amla a day.

👉Apart from this, eat omega three rich foods (walnuts, flaxseeds, salmon), such as soaked one to two walnuts daily.
👉Moong dal is also very good for our eyes, it is worth noting that eating too much salt also damages the eyes.

2. Straightening Eye Muscles.
Friends, like we work out all our muscles. If you do only a few eye exercises for 3-5 minutes, you will be surprised to see the result.
👉The first is to move the pupils of your eyes round and round. Do it slowly in the beginning. You can do this exercise for 30 seconds.
👉The second is to close the eyes titly. Hold for three seconds and then open your eyes.
👉The third is to rub your hands well and then apply them well in the eyes near your mouth, due to which the muscles of our eyes are relaxed.
👉There is an acupressure point for the eyes between our index finger and middle finger. Press it well 5-15 times daily for 30 seconds.
👉Then, walking on the grass bare in the morning and even looking at the lush green pure environment relaxes our eyes.
These👆 exercises are very simple, they are very effective but the problem is that we forget to do them, for this I will suggest you to set an alarm to do the above eye exercises.
3. Eye wash routine.
A very good habit that you must adopt is to fill your mouth with water and then wash your eyes thoroughly with fresh water, filling the mouth with water expands the eye area, so that it becomes very good. Kind of washes off. You can take your eye wash routine to the next level, buy eye wash cups and put 10 drops of rose water in the eye wash cup and then fill it with water. Now apply this cup tightly on the eyes and move the pupils of your eyes. This is a very good way to improve the eye sight and protect the eyes from infection.
4. Regular eye check-up.
We know that the eyes are such a delicate part of our body, so its regular checkup is also very important. Eye check-up must be done at least once a year. Eye check-up means not only to correct the problem of vision but also to have proper eye check-up from an eye specialist.

In the last I want to share with you Tried and tested home remedy which can prove to be beneficial for all eye problems. All you need are three things, almonds, fennel seeds and mishri. Take all three in equal quantity and grind them to make a fine powder. You can also store this powder in an air tight glass container. Just take a spoon of this powder 30 minutes before sleeping at night and drink lukewarm milk on top, do it continuously for three months, it will benefit your eyes a lot, if you are less than 13 years old, then take a small spoon of this mixture powder in water.
So, stop damaging and ignoring your eyes by leaving the bad habits given in the previous post and adopting the good habits given in this post, rather take full care of your eyes because your eyes speak more opposite than your mouth.
