Rinse after eating. If you want to keep your teeth and gums healthy for a long time, then you must adopt this habit. You always have to keep in mind that whenever you eat or drink something, make the rule that you must wash your mouth. Mouth washing does not just mean that you only have to rinse for 2 seconds. Add at least 10-15 seconds to it. So that even the smallest food particles that get stuck in your teeth also get removed.
2. Oil Pulling.✅

Oil pulling is a traditional Indian technique known as Kavala (Gargling)-Gandusha (Holding fluid inside the mouth/ Oil Pulling) in Ayurveda. Every morning, before brushing, put one tablespoon of oil in your mouth. Spin the oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes. When you do oil pulling, you can do book reading, cooking or you can do as you like. Then spit out that oil. The oil not only drains frozen toxins in your mouth but also in the digestive tract. This is because it creates a cosmetic pressure, due to which the oil sticks with the dirt and when you spit the oil, the toxins also come out of our body. Oil pullings are quite effective for almost all oral problems. Pulling oil naturally makes our teeth white, fresher breath, lips and gums turn pink.
❓This will raise the question in your mind that which oil should you use❓
➡️By the way, you can use any oil. But if we talk a little more deeply, if you have the digestion related problems, like - gas, blotting, then you use Sesame oil.
➡️If your gums bleed, use coconut oil.
➡️Mustard oil is best if your tongue is white due to mucus.
➡️And if you are troubled by tooth cavities, you can do two to three drops of Clove oil in Sesame oil and do oil pulling.

Secondly, teeth are massaged with our finger in the mouth. Due to which the proper massage of our teeth occurs. At least you can use dental brush in place of the brush at night. Now you will find that your correction has improved and oral health has also improved. Dental dentifrice is also cheaper and has no side effects.

Peeling sugarcane makes our teeth stronger. You can also eat fruits. Mainly vitamin-C rich-fruit, calcium rich-fruit and probiotic rich-foods are the best for your oral health.
